Heart Game

You have the sensation of falling--no, drowning. Your lungs burn, you can’t breathe, you try to struggle but the current drags you down down down and just as you’re losing consciousness you know you’re dying...

You jerk, abruptly, the landing a little rough as you stand. Your clothes are dry and there’s no water in your lungs. You can breathe.

You find a bluetooth headset on your head, it crackles with static then goes silent.

It's both sharp and sizeable, so it may be better to put it in a central place to return to it.

[bluetooth] Mouse? You there? I found a piece of stained glass that glows when I get my blood on it. If you're still in the control room and have any way of seeing who's around, can you let people know to keep an eye out for, um, collectible stained glass?

I don't think I ever have, and the knight out there said this heart operates on video game logic. Destroy the bad things, save the good ones, but also since Shark isn't straightforward it's not quite that simple. Does knowing it's like a video game help at all-?

Yeah, I showed up here. I've repaired some of the consoles and gotten the main computer running, but almost everything in here is trashed. I reinstated the voice chat functions, which enabled the upgrade to the headsets, and I've gotten my map and GPS back, which means I can track everyone, though it's not displaying rooms that we haven't visited yet. I also have access to a few master commands, though I'm not sure about using them.

Check the dining room. Apple and I broke a few things in here, which made the area feel less lethargic but the music more difficult to listen to. Is it registering anything?

I haven't tried. Kida says that setting as Immortal will basically render someone untouchable, but also unable to affect their surroundings. I tried "Revive" when Selenia and Battler went offline, and it said that program was already running.

Does that mean people who die here get auto-revived still inside the heart-? Are they online again?
