More seriously. They are his family. They're also more than that, they're his "gang". They're also, just plain and simple, "his". Mikado gets possessive in canon, and Shark is no less possessive of Coral in his own special way. They're good people, they're kind and they welcomed him in, and they're beloved to him. That means he will do whatever necessary to protect them. If it comes to jacking other people's shit up? Whatever. If people mess with Coral, they deserve what's coming to them, Personae included.
This feeling is a bit complicated by his knowledge that he can't protect them. Or at least not well. He's new and noodley and has no skills or powers or strength, so Shark knows that when it comes to "protecting Coral" all he has going for him is his intellect. It's funny, but Mikado's a genius and doesn't realize it in canon, Shark's the same. Incredibly smart with no concept that he is above average (though I'm not sure I'm as smart as he's supposed to be so it's difficult). So Shark isn't that confident that his smarts are all that much of an asset to Coral.
Basically he's very dere for the team with very strong yan underlying it all.

More seriously. Blizzard is a bro. A lot like Kida, he's some stupid athletic guy who is also a brainy nerd and Shark doesn't know it but that pings all his BFF senses. Also Blizzard drapes all over him. More BFF pings. And he nearly dies on Shark too, also BFF pings. Shark might want to get less crazy BFFs?
But all on his own, Blizzard really relaxes Shark. He's a modern type kid, around Shark's age (a little younger not that they know) and over all... Blizzard's a cool guy? He's the kind of person Mikado would probably get along with anyway, and memory loss makes it easier, because memory loss makes Shark a bit less crazy and also more honest and generally less hesitant and constantly worried about how he comes across and such. So Shark's a bit more outgoing, and Blizzard is exactly the type of personality he can really relax around, because Blizzard is so straight forward and energetic and Shark doesn't worry about being sarcastic or whatever at him.
So that's the fun happy light fluffy feels. Blizzard is up there with Coral in Shark's important people, primarily due to the first couple days of CRAZY FUCKING DARKNESS and Blizzard nearly dying. Something about having a panic attack over a bro really makes Shark feel closer and more protective and likewise again, more relaxed with Blizzard.
It's a little funny, I'm not sure how to describe it, but Blizzard is just really important to Shark and it happened over just, what, two days or less? Then again Shark doesn't need to deeply get to know someone before he decides to bond to them, and that's definitely the case with Blizzard. Not that he doesn't want to get to know Blizzard more and be friends and talk about anything and have crazy adventures together, he does. He just didn't need a deep understanding of Blizzard to really deeply begin to care for him. And this is also partly because Blizzard is one of the early people Shark met, and kept meeting, so he's one of the most familiar faces Shark has, his own age, who kind of speaks his own language, and isn't a teammate.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS? FOR OZ?

So yes, Shark is a bro! He's a little quiet and low-key compared to Blizzard, but let's be honest-- it's hard to be on the same level of energy as Blizzard is. More importantly, Shark also is on the same wavelength! They're modern kids who know video games and stories and meta. Blizzard wants to look out for him, because he's still only been in Aather for a week himself and knows how so much can happen in a day, and to be honest Blizzard knows how sometimes a person can feel pretty alone in all of that. Maybe it's a bit of a shallow relationship so far...? But honestly, Blizzard doesn't need to deeply know or understand people. he just needs to trust that they're straight-forward with him and he believes Shark is.
ps. lolol brainy nerd no. Kazuki's just a nerd (who sometimes is good at puzzles.) No brainy involved.
THAT WAS SHORT I'M SORRY.
Anyway uh, how much does Shark really buy into the meta and stories?

HAHAH first impression of Kit "What a nice guy." Shortly thereafter "What a nice guy who is reeaaally touchy feely and possessive. Um. Wow. Issues much?" and then "Oh, mind control bugs. Whatever, it's not like I mind too much I guess?" and then "Now he's kind of freaking me out..." and then "Oh god what is this moron doing he's going to get himself killed for me and it's going to be my fault and I can't stop it no! Why?!"
More coherently, he liked Kit from the start. Even crazy darkness'd Kit with all his possessive teamyan, because, well. Shark always felt Kit cared I guess? Despite being extreme. And Shark, let's be honest, doesn't really mind the extreme forms of showing you care. So KEEP CORAL HERDED from Kit was a little exasperating and at times a little alarming and very upsetting, but Shark always thought Kit meant well and had a good heart and was a good person. Kind of why he was all "huh?" when Kit made the joke about awful first impressions because honestly, aside from upsetting Shark that one time in the cabin, it didn't really bother Shark. Clingy and possessive is rather similar to his best friend in canon, even down to smiling over his issues and draping all over Mikado, so really Shark found it all kind of a non issue mostly.
Until Kit got better and tried to rescue him from Judith and suddenly all the danger around wasn't exciting and interesting, it was real and Kit might die (especially right after finding dying Blizzard) and then Shark went from kind of derpy "everything is interesting" to extremely possessive and protective very fast.
Kit's one of the people Shark's had the most interaction with, so by that nature he's already one of Shark's most important people. This is on top of being in Coral so. Kit means a lot to Shark! Shark trusts him, but he also thinks he's very stupid (not in general stupid, he thinks Kit is smart, but survival!stupid). Shark doesn't mind their incredibly dumb arguments about just about everything, actually to him that's just kind of their dynamic, so he never resents Kit's disagreement or opinion as it differs from his own. What DOES concern him is the worry that Kit's point of view is going to get him into (more) unnecessary trouble and danger in the future, and that Kit will be too stubborn to listen if Shark ever has anything to contribute that might get them out of it--for example, surrendering to Judith where Kit refused to go along.
Shark's also kind of, by nature and inclination, a leader. Kit seems to more or less by the spokesman of Coral, in terms of taking action. Shark doesn't want to replace Kit at that, but his natural inclination is to butt heads with him a lot because they really just honestly do not see eye to eye on method, means or motive--somehow they want the same thing and have completely diverging ideas of the way to go about it, and Shark is not inclined to be quiet about his opinions. Even in canon, though he's more soft spoken about it a lot, Mikado is quiet but firm, he has backbone to back his decisions and he's hard as hell to sway.
The difference for Shark and Mikado is Mikado hesitates, reasons, and deliberates a hell of a lot more before deciding on things, and Shark is a bit more impulsive and intuitive, partly because with so little information and past to go on, he has little choice but to be decisive on a shorter timeframe. He can either go with the flow or make half-informed choices. It's also why he may not be quite as implacable in arguing with Kit over things, because Kit has more experience and knowledge, so Shark does trust and rely on that. He just more or less disagrees with how Kit goes about many things.
I don't know. He really really likes/loves/values Kit as his friend/family, he admires Kit's bravery and strength and enjoys Kit's humor and resolve and sense of fun. But he wants to smack Kit for being stupid a lot and has no plans to let Kit run around doing as he pleases. Though he's also not sure what to do to convince Kit that sometimes an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure, when it comes to doing things cautiously.
So I guess basically Kit is really important to him and also really frustrates him, but that doesn't make Kit any less important at all. And yeah he has a lot of yan feelings towards Kit in particular because of that fight with Judith.
Reverse me.

All this endears him to Shark. Shark doesn't know him well beyond him being fun to talk to, so there's not quite a level or trust nor a level of protectiveness but he also feels Oz is a cool guy? He would be really willing to spend time with Oz doing whatever, because Oz is fun to talk to and seems generally easy to get along with.
Basically Shark likes Oz and has no objections to him at all. He's the kind of friend Shark doesn't know well but would be happy to get to know better. But because he doesn't know much about Oz beyond his fondness for rabbits and his sense of humor and friendliness, his impression of Oz is otherwise a little shallow that way. It's a very good impression, but once where he hasn't worked up the
social link ranksaffinity to know what Oz is like as a person beyond the easy going social chatting.no subject
There's a character, Izaya, in Shark's canon that Shark trusts and relies on at one point who is a total manipulative asshole. Shark thinks he's a great guy though! Shark, likewise, thinks Selenia is a great guy. The difference is Shark is a little more... aware of people then canon Mikado is. For whatever reason Shark is actually a lot less dumb about people and their moods and their motives--something canon Mikado can be sharp about but usually not involving those he's close to.
Though Shark doesn't yet see anything wrong or bad with Selenia at all. He may never. He may learn things about Selenia and still like him, because he's Shark. But the main thing Shark sees about Selenia right now that he'd probably miss with memories, is that Selenia is... really a closed book to him. This might go over Mikado's head, but to Shark, the fact that Selenia is kind, warm, caring, has many sweet, fun, cute facets, is made more interesting because he's also a bit mysterious and unreadable in a way. Shark finds that kind of cool and neat and it adds to Selenia's Older Brother Figure to Look Up To, but also makes Shark want to get to know him more.
Also Selenia wants to fight the darkness and Shark is okay with this goal. Selenia has a mission, Shark feels a coinciding hatred for the darkness, it gives them yet another thing, something deeper and more meaningful, to bond over. Not that wanting wings or having fun conversations isn't fine with Shark, because it's those nice moments that make him truly, genuinely like Selenia and unquestioningly believe in him as a nice guy.
Reverse~? What does Selenia think of Shark?

He does feel kind of .-. that Shark arrived at such a bad time, though. And he is a little .-. that Shark immediately saw him at his worst. Even if Shark doesn't think much about how he was during the event, Kit is 100% horrified with everything he did and super wishes he would have had time to impress more of his true self on Shark before the darkness possessed him like that. HE IS GRATEFUL SHARK ISN'T HOLDING IT AGAINST HIM THOUGH... but he will be going out of his way to ensure Shark that he would never be as uncomfortably possessive under normal circumstances that he was during the darkness mosquito invasion. Despite loving Coral and wanting to help them, Kit also places huge value on people being individuals capable of making their own choices, which is why he rebutted Shark's commentary that he was "Coral's." Because he's not, in his mind-- he belongs to himself! He just happens to be on a pink team filled with people he cares about (this is sort of a tangent though so I will move on).
And beyond all the friendliness and teasing and wanting to ensure Shark that he isn't cruelly possessive on a normal basis, Kit has definitely picked up that... despite being a new kid, Shark already has a few other layers to him beyond his friendly exterior. Those first came out when Shark was snippy at him for putting himself in danger to save him and refusing to surrender to Judith... a hint of the yandere side Kit had during the event that dooooes kind of make him :T;; a bit. Because Kit doesn't regret putting himself in danger to rescue Shark, nor does he regret his decision not to surrender (though Shark is right, part of that decision was a pride thing for Kit-- and he has a lot of it). In addition to that, Shark is smart! And Kit recognizes this and definitely thinks it's a good thing. He would never say that any of Shark's ideas are bad, just different pathways that Kit himself wouldn't take because his methodology for handling problems is different (Kit has developed into someone who goes through problems rather than around them, which is hilarious because in canon it's the opposite). And I'm sure there will be a situation where Kit would even agree with Shark's plan of action because Kit himself is also pretty smart and can recognize a good plan when he hears one. That just hasn't happened yet 'cause Kit's huuuge sense of defiance and bravado doesn't allow him to show weakness... be it by surrendering, oooor accepting a role thrust upon him that he doesn't want (which I think were their two main DIFFERENCES IN METHODOLOGY arguments they've had so far).
It's true though that their differing senses of how to handle situations will make Kit butt heads with Shark just as much as Shark butts heads with him. Kit isn't so much a natural leader or spokesperson as he is someone with strong opinions who wants the best for everyone (he's actually more of a loan wolf and struggles with team because of this)... though he can step into leadership roles when required (he's already done it before and would easily do it again). He's also already learned to accept the opinions of his teammates in some situations though-- had he been in on the conversations with Shark during Three's game, he would have agreed wholeheartedly with his teammate's proposition. But even so, he respects Shark's intelligence and doesn't at all thing he's dumb... he just disagrees (and gets a bit frustrated that Shark disagrees with him). And while Shark is still filed away as "NEWBIE I MUST LOOK OUT FOR," espeeeecially after Kit had to (attempt) to rescue him from Judith, I actually don't imagine him staying there for long.
tl;dr, Shark kind of frustrates Kit a bit too due to their differing views, but he already acknowledges that despite being new (and despite still needing to be looked after right now) he has capabilities and potential :|b GOOD IMPRESSIONS.
What are Shark's thoughts on Aather's KIDNAPPING, AMNESIA, TEAM, PLAY GAMES FOR MEMORIES system?
no subject
From the perspective of Cub's personality, Shark worries a little. Optimism is one thing. Shark's a scary optimistic idealistic in the most warped way. But even he doesn't subscribe to blind optimism. He thinks that's unrealistic and potentially damaging, because that kind of faith doesn't let you deal with problems (not that Shark deals with problems the most healthy way but he tends to at least acknowledge they exist) so what he's heard of Cub's philosophy worries him.
Other than that worry he thinks Cub us very cute and sweet.

It's a good thing Shark understands the tsundere type or Dragonfly would confuse the fuck out of him. At first he thought Dragonfly was just really cranky and then he learned by observation, really quickly, that he's.... Really cranky but lovingly. So he likes Dragonfly. A lot. He thinks he's a good person though all his focus on fashion makes Shark sideeye a little in ??? because he doesn't get the appeal. But whatever, that's what Dragonfly is into!
He hasn't yet bonded deeply with Dragonfly, but he's had more interaction with him than he has a lot of the team, and he kind of sees Dragonfly and Kit as his two bros. Also, since Dragonfly is TEAM Shark has the default sort of protective feels for him.
He worries about upsetting Dragonfly, and like with the last game would rather internalize his own emotions and try to be light and comforting and calming even if he's freaking out, to keep Dragonfly from doing so. He hasn't had as much of a chance to get to know Dragonfly's personality as deeply or his moods, but he does think he's fun to hang out with and fun to talk to and tease and be teased by, so he's not super protective of Dragonfly's feelings there, just in more upsetting situations. Otherwise he's fine with bickering lightly with Dragonfly, or plotting to tie Kit up, or whatever they talk about.
Basically he worries Dragonfly is a little fragile but mostly sees him as a fun tsunbro to have.

THIS IS IMPORTANT! Because Hikaru for a very long time was pretty much the "baby" of the team in the sense that he was the youngest and was indeed the most fragile of the group (except with MAYBE Shirley but she was still at least older). He's a rich kid whose memories focus on LOVE and BEING RICH okay so obviously Aather is waaaaay away from his normal element. He's basically used to being taken care of.
And then three members of Coral left and he ended up with Madoka, Cub, and Tear who had the memories of a four year old at the time. Suddenly he was pressured into a position where he needed to be the one protecting people in a very short amount of time. HE ISN'T USED TO THAT BUT HE REALLY DIDN'T HAVE A CHOICE! And then Tear was booked which he felt awful for because Van was big bro! HE UNDERSTOOD BIG BRO FEELINGS SO IT KIND OF FELT LIKE A FAILURE.
TL;DR background leads me back to Mikado! This recent game has proven that Mikado is in fact pretty strong in a sense that Hikaru wasn't really able to predict and it actually calms down his nerves a lot! To him, it seems like Mikado likes Coral the same way Hikaru does so he'll value Coral in games like these. THEY ALSO AGREE ON THINGS LIKE KIT BEING RECKLESS or what not! These are just some examples, but what's important is that from this point on, Hikaru WILL trust Mikado to take some hits if Mikado really wants to because Mikado pretty much proved himself that he could. :|b And that Hikaru doesn't have to sit and protect him which kind of relieves a lot of stress on his shoulders. IN A WAY, IT'S SELFISH FOR HIKARU, but it's also a type of respect on top of it.
THIS IS JUST THE MOST IMPORTANT FACTOR ATM THAT STICKS OUT. He also adores Mikado because he's easy to poke fun of, and he feels more at a closer level to him than to some of the others because of age and maturity levels! HE FEELS LIKE A FRIEND, A CLASSMATE, some sort of equal! It's nice. '^'
SORRY IF THIS DOESN'T MAKE SENSE, I'M KIND OF A BRAINDEAD FISH TONIGHT.
THREE FAVORITE MIKADO ICONS?

Mikage's outgoing cheer really makes Shark genuinely happy and makes him smile. He isn't quite to yandere protectiveness with Mikage, but Mikage is... Someone he feels needs to be taken care of a bit? Whether he's right or wrong, he feels Mikage is a sweet guy that he really likes.
It's a sincere, happy friendship feeling for Mikage that could easily become a deeper bond. Mikage's really cool and nice and cute, basically, and Shark feels really relaxed around him. More relaxed, honestly then most people, because idk, Mikage's so... Derpy seeming. And also an adorable baby dragon and seems so happy a lot it's hard not to relax around him.
no subject
And Shark is surprisingly honest and straight forward in general, except when he's not (duh) but he's pretty damn open with Blizzard.
ALRIGHT META AND STORIES
Shark isn't sure. Obviously the cliches and story tropes are important in this world, and he's seen some crazy as hell shit in his few days so it's not like he can just disbelieve any of it, and he doesn't want to anyway. Because it's exciting and cool and interesting and fun!
And he LIKES cliches. He likes stories. He likes that kind of thing, so being in one, as a "hero" really really appeals to him actually. He's got pride and vanity in a weird way that may not be immediately apparently, but being a "hero" appeals to both of those negative traits a lot, especially in the way he has them. So even if he isn't settled on the boundaries between reality and fiction in Aather, or if there are boundaries to begin with, the concept appeals to him. The idea of using meta knowledge to dictate a story's progression appeals to him a lot because, and this is part of Mikado's canon issues, it's kind of a power trip if he pulls it off. Like playing god with his own destiny and the "Storyline". It's exactly the kind of tool for steering the progression of things that would most excite Mikado and thus most interests Shark.
What about Blizzard? Any issues with being a story character?
no subject
no subject
Anyhow, views on Aather.
To be honest Shark thinks Aather is fucking cool. It's exciting and new and like (literally) being in a story and it's not boring and this is important. None of the shiny newness is close to wearing off so despite trauma, Shark's pretty happy. He loves weird excitement and this is as weird and exciting as he can imagine.
He doesn't care that he doesn't have memories because he doesn't remember anything worth caring about yet. He cares more that something (his memories) was taken from him without his consent. That's upsetting. But he just plans to take back what is his in due time, and enjoy it while he does. The games system intrigues him and he wants very badly to figure out the exact mechanics and if they can be harnessed by heroes, not just Personae. Because he would like to try that--running a game that is. Well, that's just how he thinks, he wants to see what's possible, what rules Heroes can bend, what rules he can rewrite. He wants to push past the limits of now and expand and grow and evolve and... Yeah. He's too inquisitive and power hungry. And it's definitely power hungry, his interest in finding the lines and where he can blur them, but for a lot of reasons that aren't just for power's sake. Which is another tangent.
Anyway I rambled about his team a bit up there, but he feels strongly about them. And would feel strongly were one of them kidnapped again. And also back to the game system, he kind of wants to, to make a video game metaphor, over level and hack and gameshark the shit out of the system for his benefit and so he can protect Coral better.
This may have been a ramble.
How would Kit react to Mikado's deeper crazy, do you think?

Okay seriously he. Has a miiiild crush on Apple in that she's really nice, and sweet and he thinks she's really cute. So he feels awkward dere feelings for her. But he also thinks she's pretty cool and competent. Mild crush aside, he DOES really like her and value her and feel her friendship is important to him. Actually because she's HER is the reason he's just kind of handwaved Blizzard's poisoning because... He can't muster up the yan to dislike Apple at all, especially when he can blame the darkness for all of it (highly hypocritical since he still resents Judith for hurting Kit). But his hypocrisy is based entirely on Apple being someone he likes so.
I'M SORRY FOR TL;DR
When you add in the fact that his memories come from all sorts of hilarious POVs, and he got a memory recently which especially triggers his coping mechanism, he's just gotten more and more reliant on it as a way to live. And the thing about Kazuki is he... has some very unfortunate behavioral problems. Thankfully the most dangerous (sociopathic) one has forever taken care of by canon, but Kazuki still can very... easily... have a mentality not unlike an entitled stalker. (sob this is my best comparison right now if you've ever read the Denko 2ch story) By which I mean that he can ignore what he doesn't want to see/hear and justify whatever he does at a whim. It doesn't even need to be consistent justification, he basically justifies what he wants when he wants. This has led him to not... put a lot of weight on things in general, and has the potential for him to be rather ruthless.
It's really hard to snap him out of that mentality unless it competes against another thing he'd absolutely not want to lose and would have difficulty coping with. Such as, say, losing a very important person! So he can modify the mentality as he sees fit and is basically a very dynamic personality due to that. Blizzard is very influenced by his surroundings when he needs to be! And he does now, because he barely has any memories and needs a way to Deal With Things.
So if anything, the fact that he is using stories as a way to cope is his issues? Though he does have some cognitive dissonance with how he is really unsure with what exactly his role is meant to be and what he is meant to be doing. His character doesn't quite jive with the world, you know? He's not like Flynn Scifo who is a true proper knight. But going back to how Blizzard is a dynamic character, he's slowly finding his place! Hilariously by interacting with other people in the literal sense. The Jacobi game was fun because Snow acted like Blizzard when Blizzard is particularly grumpy, and he rejected that reality and decided to make his own! So he has worked on, even just unconsciously, being less grumpy and more amazing and now he's been told he's awesome and charming and energetic and he is like. Yes. Yes I am the Charming Knight, I am practically Prince Charming. And I am also Independent, I am not like my past self which is desperately attached to someone else. That is how his reality, his current story works! And it's really great for me because it calls back to his behavior in canon somewhat too, where he is capable of creating distance to people he might even like due to it, and it's even more exacerbated in Aather~ A big theme in his canon is also making Lies into Truth or making Fantasy into Reality and Yin into Yang and vice versa! So. :3ccc
I need to add as an aside that Kazuki also has a huge innate personality thing about stuff being interesting and not boring. So a lot of Shark's interest in being a hero is stuff that Kazuki also shares! He's... not quite as power hungry, I guess you could say, but he has a vested interest in playing the role of an awesome protagonist. Mostly a lot of his stuff is his mentality and coping mechanisms going insane tho.
What were you expecting vs what did you get in Aather!
no subject
And I would super love it if Shark and Kit came to a mutual balancing understanding, that would be awesome, especially since I think they compliment each other well as teammates! AND THEIR CONFLICTS AND DISAGREEMENTS ARE FUN. Gosh, I love this CR a lot too :'D
As for the crazy, he would probably back up a bit and tell Shark to chill out. A lot. '-' Especially now since he has kind of delved into that sort of crazy himself, however temporary, and has seen first hand how it negatively affects his teammates. There is a difference, to Kit, between wanting to protect your teammates and wanting to protect your teammates, and he doesn't think that crossing that boundary into crazy land is a good way to do it. He would definitely understand the underlying motives that drive the behavior though, and he'd probably actively try to divert that behavior into something more healthy.
As for all of the power hungry REWRITE THE RULES crazy, that would be something Kit would support |Da And probably try to help with.
Does Mikado have any strong impressions of any other teams in Aather? If so, which ones, and which other team is his favorite besides Coral?

But yeah he likes hanging with Dragonfly and agreeing and being dumb teenage boys with him. Having that level of equal feeling is nice for him too, which is probably a reason he naturally likes/relaxes with Dragonfly and his tsun.

One has to be killed brutally (but are revived)
One has to have a leg broken
One has to get a facial scar
One has to perform all of the above acts
One had to watch
One can be elsewhere when it all happens
who does he choose!!
Re: I'M SORRY FOR TL;DR
Well, I missed memory loss games a lot, which is why I apped at Aather. The last one I played at was when I was in Edensphere and I loved the whole concept. So some things I was expecting--the way characters differ from canon and how development and relationships affect and impact them and form more quickly. But it's also really cool to see the difference in setting from one game to another and how that affects things. Because it's definitely a whole different kind of game and I like it a lot!
For example I knew there were teams in Aather but I have any set expectations of them or what Mikado's team would be. But experiencing the team gameplay first hand has been amazing and I really love the concept. I adore stuff that sets up CR like that. And I love the teams for having a sort of atmosphere and thought in them and team personality.
I've also never played in a pure comment spam game before, though I've known for a while my preference is games without a network-style mechanic. So the commentspam is hard to keep up with a little, but also fun! And a different playstyle for me entirely. But the face-to-face interactions all the time makes me happy.
The games are also an awesome concept I enjoy a lot and very different from the memory gain mechanics I've played with before. But I enjoy the differences.
If not a knight, what team would you put Kazuki on, and why?
no subject
Their CR is a thing of beauty. I really look forward to wherever it goes.
I think Shark's yan may be less KEEP THE TEAM SAFE INSIDE like Kit's and more the aggressive, go ax crazy on those that put them in danger. Would Kit care about that? They could at least work on the REWRITE THE RULES crazy together.
He doesn't even know all the teams because I've been trying but CR IS HARD. His impressions are strongest of Sapphire and Tiger's Eye, with some Kunzite.
Sapphire are BROS and he loves them all that he's met (except Judith) and basically trusts them. Likewise, he hasn't met many Kunzite, Just Bones and Homura, but he thinks the team are trustworthy, if... Awkward. They seem... Sincere, at least the two he's met.
Tiger's Eye he likes who he's met of, though as a time he doesn't have an impression.
Tell me Kit's general feels on coming back from Darkness?
no subject
Also haha, I am the opposite with you re: RP-style since I have difficulty with networks. /T...TRIES HARD THOUGH!! Commentspam can be very hard to keep up with though, but I enjoy it because CR develops a whole lot more quicker. That it's commentspam also means you tend to keep the pulse on the person you're playing with, so it feels more personal I guess? But I have grown onto network-style and the tagging at your leisure too. =3=
Iiii thought about this, and while Turquoise would be a fun and fitting answer, and I think Kazuki would also suit Citrine or Sapphire. :|a
GIVE ME ICONS DESCRIBING SHARK'S FEELINGS FOR BLIZZARD GO GO.

I think I mistyped; I actually dislike network style. I often end up in it anyway, but face to face is a lot easier to play and keep interest in. Comment spam is new and I'm adjusting to it, but it's a lot of fun too! You're right it feels more personal and paced. Though I often twitch to add WORDWORDS in action brackets.
I WILL GET TO YOUR ICON RESPONSE but hey, why not. I am curious, so same icon question back!

She likes him a lot so far! He seems a little more, hmm… together about the general weirdness of Aather and rouses slightly less of her protective instincts-- which means that she's a little more relaxed around him than she is around, say, Cub. She also feels a little guilty because she knows very well that she deliberately left a Darknessed Kit in Coral, but her priorities at the moment were known violence, and she didn't believe that he'd actually hurt any of them. Still, she fully expects to be blamed for it and would be completely okay with it if he hated her for it. (Well, okay, she'd be a little sad, but she made her decision and is okay with it.)

Shark arrived at an INTERESTING TIME, given the fact that he was Tear's replacement and Selenia was quite willing to hold that against him. And he might've continued to hold it against him if the Darkness event didn't happen immediately afterwards. The event gave him something to focus his frustration and rage on, so he was able to easier accept what happened.
He's actually grown rather fond of Shark, seeing how seriously he takes caring for Coral. The yan discussion he had with Kit also...solidified that. Shark is someone that cares for his people and will take care of them in the best way he knows how. While Selenia realizes this has the potential for BAD NEWS later on, but it also mhm...gave him more respect for Shark as well. Shark may not be the most stable person around but Coral will stay safe (and if Tear ever comes out of the book, that means she'll be safe as well).
He also appreciates how perceptive Shark is. He catches onto things pretty quickly, such as noticing that he's a 'sensitive guy'. It makes Selenia feel as though Shark is someone capable of understanding his thought process in regards to how things work and connect, etc. etc. Selenia feels Shark is both understanding and trustworthy enough that, if he ever wanted to, he could go to him to talk about problems. (Of course, those problems will have KEY PIECES OF INFORMATION left out, but Shark is likely to understand the parts that Selenia considers important and THAT'S WHAT MATTERS.)
Also, all those little conversations about wings and video games are fun!
IN SHORT: Selenia likes Shark a lot!
...And I got back to this super late and everything I wanted to ask has been asked but THERE YOU GO. I HAVE RESPONDED. /o/
