What this means:
Shark now how a sizable chunk of Celty's backstory expositioned at him, and knows he is not only normally pretty cool with weird shit, but enjoys it a lot. It's significant in keeping him both chill with all the weird shit in Aather and in keeping him EXCITED for all the weird shit in Aather. YAY UNUSUAL STUFF. Also Celty is is bro.
