I THINK HIKARU HAS A MORE CONSCIOUS IDEA OF WHAT IS WRONG WITH THEIR RELATIONSHIP? Like I mean that not so much in a negative way but it sort of gave him a stronger idea of their bonds and stuff. Basically, Hikaru doesn't know much about Shark! Not as much as he'd like! He doesn't know about his friends or his life back home and a lot of that stems from Coral rarely ever talking about that sort of stuff. But I think he's gonna try to make a more conscious effort in asking about it though he won't push either.

HE WILL ALSO FEEL TERRIBLE FOR EVERYTHING FOREVER. Though things are fixed, that doesn't mean that past mistakes are gone. Those are pretty much stuck with him forever and he's always going to be afraid of hurting Mikado and he still has yet to truly forgive himself. '-' Maybe that will be a heart game thing in the future.
